Verulam GCSE Results – August 2020
Congratulations to all our students who received their GCSE results today. Their hard work over two years has led to excellent results that will enable them to pursue their next steps in education, training or their careers.
BTEC results are currently embargoed as they are under review. I am delighted that the government has recognised the need to use teacher assessments as the basis for GCSE grades. This Year 11 had already proved their credentials through excellent GCSE English Literature results last year and their impressive trial examination results. They should be very proud of their achievements.
They are confident and articulate young men who will have learnt much from their experience this year and should look forward to the future with confidence. The current situation is shown below
