The first Gold Stag awards

History makers! The very first ‘Gold Stag’ award winners. This prestigious recognition is a new commendation for academic endeavour. In this case, these students from years 7 to 9 were the winners of the recent Verulam Essay Competition. Students can gain Gold Stag awards by completing activities linked to the Super Curriculum, where students can go beyond the normal curriculum and demonstrate passion and interest in their subjects.
