French trip to Normandy July 2019

Verulam School St Albans Hertfordshire

This is a new trip for Year 9 students studying French from Monday 15th- Thursday 18th July. It’s an exciting trip to the north west of France with a focus on language and culture. Students will visit a local escargoterie with an opportunity to taste the produce, as well as a visit to a chocolaterie. Throughout the week, students will speak French and carry out various work studies on areas, including a trip to the famous Mont St Michel. The sole occupancy accommodation is a lovely old farmhouse with plenty of space for boys to play football. There is also a visit to the Bayeux Tapestry. The price is a very reasonable £340 for full board with all visits included. If you would like your child to participate, please see the ParentMail that was sent, with the application form. Hurry, places are limited! Please return completed applications to Reception by Monday 5th November.
