Verulam boys respond to the challenge of the reformed GCSE examinations

Verulam pupils celebrated GCSE results today which saw pupils making excellent progress.

Daniel Tansley, Head of Year 11, congratulated all the boys on their impressive results and was particularly pleased with strong results in English, Mathematics & Science.

Headmaster, Paul Ramsey, was delighted that the boys performed so well in the new reformed GCSE exams and also congratulated Year 10 pupils who achieved excellent results in their GCSE English Literature examination.

2018 Key Stage 5 Results A-Level Results at Verulam

Students at Verulam School have again achieved a pleasing set of results ensuring that students will be proceeding to the university of their choice.

Head of Sixth Form, Robert Skipper, was delighted with the students’ success including three candidates who gained 10 A* grades between them and claimed places at Oxford and Cambridge Universities.

Greta Geller and Sam Healy will both study Medicine at Cambridge whilst Andrew Shaw will read Physics at Oxford.

Headteacher, Paul Ramsey, commended all the students on their hard work and achievement in tackling the new more challenging A-Levels.
