We also plan to visit the Roman museum in St Albans for an exclusive evening session with the opportunity to handle some of the artefacts with the curator. Tuesdays 23 Jan to 6 March Fee £60. 7.30 – 9pm. Visit to museum Feb 27th, additional cost tbc depending on numbers.

Assertiveness Course for Adults (Verulam School)

There are a few places remaining on this course which will help you to express your ideas, feelings and needs effectively and confidently. You will discover which behaviours and language you can use to achieve this in a way that feels comfortable to you. Assertiveness can help to boost your confidence and self-esteem both at home, socially and at work. Work with an experienced teacher from Herts Adult and Family Learning Service, which is subsidising this course.

Fee £5. Tuesday 10am – 12 midday Verulam School 20 Feb to 20 March.
